Info/Facts:

This is how the sex sting scam works:

1) They use mainly adult dating platforms “to catch child predators”, not the regular social media websites and apps that real children use, which is what they make the public believe they are doing.

2) They first pose as an adult woman or gay man on an adult dating platform, who is seeking a casual hook up/casual sex, etc. from men (in places where adults go to find this). Once someone responds to them, they then pretend to be a teen, and it is still very clear they are very purposefully seeking men for sexual purposes.

In some stings, they have also posed as an adult woman who is demanding that men come have sex with their children. They are not selling sex. They are only demanding for any man to go have sex with their children.

3) They only target men. They don’t pose as straight teen boys or lesbian teens who are seeking adult women for sexual purposes.

4) They claim that this is a situation that can happen with real minors, yet they have provided ZERO public awareness about this. *Remember, the goal is supposed to be prevention.

5) They have failed to inform and educate websites and apps that host adult dating platforms of this problem (teens seeking adult men for sexual purposes or adults seeking men to demand from them to go have sex with their children).

6) Because they have failed to inform and educate websites and apps about this problem, those who run these adult dating platforms have not been informing their users that this a problem on their website or app, as it should be done. Users should be alerted of this problem, instructed to watch for any signs of this, and instructed to immediately report these situations if they come across them. This will avoid any confusion and curiosity that comes from coming across a situation like this. Many men fall for this because they have never come across anything like this before or even heard of it. Naturally, they are very confused and curious about who this extremely rare human being is and why they are doing what they are doing. They want to see it for themselves. So, they show up to see it for themselves.

7) What’s even worse is that while those conducting these stings act like they care so much about protecting children from sexual abuse, they are not actively and purposefully looking for any of these minors they claim are on adult dating platforms, to find them, rescue them or remove them from this risk, get them help, notify their parents of what their children are doing, etc.

8) And the worst part about what these pretend heroes are doing when they are “looking of child predators” on adult dating platforms is that they are the ones pushing the idea of sex with minors on men who were clearly not looking for that. How many of those men would have ever looked for that or even thought about that?

This one is incredibly disturbing and just absolutely unacceptable. It’s mind blowing to see so many people supporting and enabling this behavior, but it’s only because they have fallen for the lies these pretend heroes are telling everybody about this.

Tampering with evidence or destroying important evidence, hiding important facts, using aggression, fabricating evidence, etc. are very common tactics used in these sex sting cases. We have clear evidence of police task forces using these tactics, to convince everybody that they have caught real child predators. Lying and hiding important facts and evidence is all a big part of it. They would never be able to pull off this scam without any of that.

ICAC Task forces are creating fake crimes and forcing wrongful convictions because they are rewarded with millions of dollars for doing this. (See 34 USC Ch. 211: COMBATING CHILD EXPLOITATION, §21116. ICAC grant program, Reporting requirements) ICAC task forces are creating the numbers of arrests and convictions needed to get this money from the federal government.

ALWAYS REQUEST A PHONE DUMP FROM YOUR PHONE (DISCOVERY). DON’T LET THEM GET AWAY WITH NOT PROVIDING THAT. REQUEST A FORENSIC EXAMINATION OF THE ELECTRONICS USED AS WELL.

POINT OUT THAT THE INTENT FOR INCLUDING “BELIEVED AGE” IN THIS LAW WAS TO ADDRESS A REAL PROBLEM – THOSE WHO TARGET INDIVIDUALS ONLINE BECAUSE THEY “BELIEVED” THEM TO BE UNDERAGE, AND DID THIS FOR THE PURPOSE OF SEXUALLY EXPLOITING A MINOR. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO THESE STING OPERATION CASES BECAUSE THE MEN ARE LURED UNDER THE FALSE PRETENSE THAT THIS IS ANOTHER CONSENTING ADULT TO MEET FOR SEXUAL PURPOSES. THAT IS VERY DIFFERENT FROM SOMEONE WHO WAS SEEKING A MINOR FOR THIS. THIS DOES NOT SERVE A PUBLIC INTEREST. INCLUDING “BELIEVED AGE” IN THIS LAW WAS NOT INTENDED TO BE USED TO PROMOTE A SCAM – CREATING FAKE CHILD PREDATOR CASES FOR FUNDING PURPOSES AND TO CREATE OTHER BENEFITS FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT, DISTRICT ATTORNEYS, JUDGES, AND OTHER ELECTED OFFICIALS.

HAVE YOUR LAWYER PULL UP THE WEBSITE USED TO SHOW THE COURT AND JURORS WHAT IT TAKES TO POST AN AD OR TO CREATE A PROFILE OR CHAT THERE. DEFENSE LAWYERS NEED TO SHOW JURORS WHAT IS ON THESE WEBSITES, WHO THEY ARE USED BY AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES.
