Why have so many men been prosecuted and convicted for playing along with someone else’s sexual fantasy?

The child predator sting operations that have trapped hundreds of men are conducted on ADULT DATING/HOOKUP WEBSITES and APPS where police pose as an ADULT who is seeking men for sexual purposes. These stings are not being conducted on regular social media websites and apps that real minors use every day, like the public has been led to believe.  The truth is, those who conduct these online sex sting operations are PROMOTING AND ENCOURAGING THE SEXUAL ABUSE OF CHILDREN for self serving purposes, and the public has been blindly supporting and enabling this very sick behavior from them.

The main problem with these sex sting operations is that police (and other pretend heroes) use sex to lure men to contact them. They first pose as an ADULT who is seeking men. Once they hook a man, then they switch their age to pretend to be a minor who is seeking men for sexual purposes. Their behavior is NOT the behavior of any real minor. It’s designed to keep the men confused and get them to play along.

Basically, these pretend heroes tell their targets that they should have sex with a minor instead of with an adult because some imaginary minor (created in their own sick minds) really wants to have sex with them. The decoys force the idea of sex with children/minors on random men online. There is absolutely no valid reason for anybody to ever do this. Yes, the idea of sex with a minor comes from the decoy, NOT from the men trapped in these stings. They are forcing their own thoughts and fantasies about sex with minors on random men online to trap them to use for a very sick scam they are running. Then police and prosecutors lie to everybody about this, and they shame the men to force them to accept responsibility for something they, the pretend heroes, forced on them (the real victims).

This is why this scam has become so popular:

-It’s sick entertainment for those running it and their audiences.

-This becomes an addiction to some of the pretend heroes doing this. It seems many of them are using it to play out their own fantasies about minors. They get to sexualize minors for personal purposes and justify their actions by pretending to be trying to save and protect children.

-They use it to create an illusion, to make themselves look like heroes who are saving and protecting children from online predators. It feeds their sick egos.

-This scam brings in a lot of money for police and into the system.

-Police, prosecutors, defense attorneys and others who work in the system use this scam to help their own careers and for personal financial gains.

-It’s very easy to get away with the lies involved in this scam because they exploit people’s ignorance, vulnerabilities, fears, emotions, etc.

There is so much money involved in this scam, and there are so many lies and cover ups involved in these cases.

Police purposely target men who are seeking consenting adults in appropriate places for adult content interactions (to engage in adult fantasy conversations, meet for casual hookups, casual sex, etc.) These are places where no one expects to find children or minors. In fact, many of the men trapped in this scam had been using these adult hookup platforms for years and had never come across a minor on there or a situation like the one police create in these sex sting operations.

There is absolutely no reason for police to ever push (aggressively) the idea of sex with a minor on men who are in adult content places online. You would not believe some of the suggestive, very disturbing comments and photos police have used to sexualize minors, to make their targets think about minors in this way, the way they (the pretend heroes have obviously been doing). Naturally, the men they do this to are confused and curious and some are even concerned about this situation. Many just don’t believe it’s real. Police take full advantage of this by making it a requirement for the men to play along and talk to them about sex with minors. This is the requirement police set for the men to get to meet this person to find out more about this extremely rare situation. Of course, anybody who is not a real predator cannot wrap his head around the idea that this is a very sick individual who is playing with them in order to trap them to use for this scam. Unfortunately, that is the type of men they are trapping in this scam. They are naïve. Some lack in social skills. Some were dealing with some kind of emotional or mental health issue. This is who this scam targets.

Once the men are trapped, many times, the pretend heroes will delete certain comments that show they aggressively went after the men and/or that show the men backed away and they continued to aggressively pursue the men, demanding sex from them. They omit that kind of information from the evidence they submit for these cases, but some of these disturbing comments have still made it into evidence. Amazingly, many prosecutors, defense attorneys, juries, and even judges have ignored these very disturbing things the decoys have used to sexualize children/minors. The decoys ALWAYS control the conversation and are constantly redirecting the conversation to sex. If anybody belongs in prison for thoughts about sex with children, it’s them for going around forcing their own sick thoughts and fantasies about children/minors on other men. There is no reason to believe that anybody using an adult hookup platform or seeking consenting adults wanted to engage in a conversation about sex with children. It’s clear the decoys who run these sex sting operations are the ones wanting to talk about sex with children. There is no excuse for this behavior. They are truly the sick ones. Their actions clearly show that. Unfortunately, there is no accountability for them (their sick behavior).

It needs to be made illegal for anybody to go around suggesting sex with minors to others, in order to trap them for this sick scam. There is absolutely no valid reason for anybody to do this. And it needs to be an even more serious crime when these pretend heroes continued to aggressively push this on their targets and/or they used photos and/or messages that sexualize minors to get their targets to think about minors in this way. This is what has been happening in these online sex sting operations, and these pretend heroes call it “saving and protecting children from online predators”, when in  reality they are just going around forcing their own sick thoughts about sex with children on random men. Then they turn around and pretend like the idea of sex with a minor came from the men they trapped. That is just wrong and sick. Our country has been supporting and enabling this very sick behavior from these individuals, while locking up and punishing the victims of this sick scam. This needs to be fixed. The victims of these perpetrators deserve to be cleared and freed from this. Those who have promoted and encouraged the sexual abuse of children to use for their own benefits are the ones who need to be prosecuted and punished for their unacceptable, disturbing behaviors.

ALWAYS REQUEST A PHONE DUMP FROM YOUR PHONE (DISCOVERY). DON’T LET THEM GET AWAY WITH NOT PROVIDING THAT. REQUEST A FORENSIC EXAMINATION OF THE ELECTRONICS USED AS WELL.

POINT OUT THAT THE INTENT FOR INCLUDING “BELIEVED AGE” IN THIS LAW WAS TO ADDRESS A REAL PROBLEM – THOSE WHO TARGET INDIVIDUALS ONLINE BECAUSE THEY “BELIEVED” THEM TO BE UNDERAGE, AND DID THIS FOR THE PURPOSE OF SEXUALLY EXPLOITING A MINOR. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO THESE STING OPERATION CASES BECAUSE THE MEN ARE LURED UNDER THE FALSE PRETENSE THAT THIS IS ANOTHER CONSENTING ADULT TO MEET FOR SEXUAL PURPOSES. THAT IS VERY DIFFERENT FROM SOMEONE WHO WAS SEEKING A MINOR FOR THIS. THIS DOES NOT SERVE A PUBLIC INTEREST. INCLUDING “BELIEVED AGE” IN THIS LAW WAS NOT INTENDED TO BE USED TO PROMOTE A SCAM – CREATING FAKE CHILD PREDATOR CASES FOR FUNDING PURPOSES AND TO CREATE OTHER BENEFITS FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT, DISTRICT ATTORNEYS, JUDGES, AND OTHER ELECTED OFFICIALS.

HAVE YOUR LAWYER PULL UP THE WEBSITE USED TO SHOW THE COURT AND JURORS WHAT IT TAKES TO POST AN AD OR TO CREATE A PROFILE OR CHAT THERE. DEFENSE LAWYERS NEED TO SHOW JURORS WHAT IS ON THESE WEBSITES, WHO THEY ARE USED BY AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES.

Tampering with evidence or destroying important evidence, hiding important facts, using aggression, fabricating evidence, etc. are very common tactics used in these sex sting cases. We have clear evidence of police task forces using these tactics, to convince everybody that they have caught real child predators. Lying and hiding important facts and evidence is all a big part of it. They would never be able to pull off this scam without any of that.

ICAC Task forces are creating fake crimes and forcing wrongful convictions because they are rewarded with millions of dollars for doing this. (See 34 USC Ch. 211: COMBATING CHILD EXPLOITATION, §21116. ICAC grant program, Reporting requirements) ICAC task forces are creating the numbers of arrests and convictions needed to get this money from the federal government.

In 2018, the federal government rewarded Florida with $2,275,233 for creating fake crimes and forcing their convictions. In 2019, Florida was rewarded with $1,555,249.

Notable Cases:

Cases:

  • 2013 November: Man Acquitted in TallyOp Internet Sex Sting – Argued it was law enforcement officers who did the “enticing, soliciting and luring” in Florida. Called him 3x after he stopped texting.
  • 2014 January: Sex sting raises entrapment issues – A case in Florida, posting on Craigslist.
  • 2020 JunFlorida Court Reverses Decision. The APPEAL decision by Florida’s Second District reversed the lower courts verdict. He did establish an entrapment defense (motion to dismiss was denied though and not allowed use of entrapment defense). Conversations took place over four days with a lot of steering by law enforcement. One thing of note, the subject appeared reluctant.  The appeal court actually reversed AND discharged the case. A lot of references to another similar case which helped establish precedence: Gennette.
